Virginia Giuffre has expressed her immense gratitude for the overwhelming support she received after facing a life-threatening situation.
The woman, known for accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault, shared on Instagram that she was informed she had «four days to live» following a collision with a school bus.
In an update shared by her family to Sky News, they mentioned that Ms. Giuffre is currently in serious condition and receiving medical care after the incident in rural western Australia on 24th March. The family revealed that the police were unable to respond to the scene of the accident, advising any injured parties to seek medical attention on their own.
They further explained that the school bus driver, dealing with distressed children, left the scene to care for them, later filing a police report.
After initially returning home with minor injuries, Ms. Giuffre’s condition deteriorated, leading to her hospitalization.
The family mentioned that Ms. Giuffre believed she had posted her update on her private Facebook page.
Initially, she had shared that she was facing kidney renal failure and was prepared to say goodbye after seeing her children for the last time.

Subsequent to Ms. Giuffre’s post, Australian police confirmed receiving a report of a minor collision between a school bus and a car in Neergabby, near Perth, on the same day.
However, authorities from the East Metropolitan Health Service and the Western Australia Public Transport Authority stated that Ms. Giuffre was not treated at their facilities, casting doubt on the details of the incident.
Ms. Giuffre made headlines in August 2021 when she sued the Duke of York for sexual abuse, alleging that he engaged in sexual relations with her when she was 17 and under the influence of Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
Prince Andrew has consistently denied these accusations and has not faced any criminal charges.
In March 2022, it was reported that Ms. Giuffre and Prince Andrew had settled out of court, with the agreement likely including a significant donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity supporting victims’ rights.
