A man has been charged with murder after an elderly woman was fatally stabbed in southeast London. Doris Innes, 84, was attacked outside her home in Red Lion Place, in Plumstead, on Wednesday, according to a statement from the Metropolitan Police. Giorgio Pin, 62, residing on Brookhill Road in Woolwich, has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder. He has been placed in custody and is scheduled to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
