Authorities responded to reports of a gas explosion with a trapped individual just before 5am on Tuesday morning.

Residents described the explosion as resembling «a massive glass cabinet falling from a crane.»

An eyewitness who chose to remain anonymous stated, «I saw glass panes on the ground, not from a car window. Eventually, I noticed the missing bay window beam and saw some smoke at the back.»

Debris such as plants, shutters, and glass littered the street, with another witness mentioning that the blast woke up the neighborhood, with everyone coming out in their nightwear.
